As a trained somatic trauma resolution coach, I can help you become more connected to yourself and find wholeness with the parts that got lost or disconnected.
I love working with somatic trauma resolution because it means tuning into the body and feeling. It means developing a deeper connection to your physiology, getting to know your habits, behaviours and patterns. As you become a compassionate witness, you begin to work with the body’s security system in a way that is deeply reverential and honours its natural intelligence to heal and regenerate in its own time and pace.
Rather than forcing the body or what we think should change, it means trusting the wisdom of the body. It means turning toward the more mature aspects of self or other resources that bring greater stability, strength and support so that in turn heals the younger parts of you that developed for good reason from times of threat, stress or overwhelm.
