Evolve is a 3-month container with me, a trauma-trained nervous system coach. I’ll help you to tap into the power of post-traumatic growth, support you to move through the thresholds, transitions, challenges, or difficulties that life inevitably brings.

This high-level support container is for you if:

  • You have found yourself in, or teetering in burnout,

  • Want to overcome stress and anxiety,

  • Need support to clarify what it is that DOES light you up,

  • Resolve troublesome patterns and habits that are holding you back in your relationships, life, or work.

What you get

1 x detailed intake session

10 x 75-minute Evolve sessions which can contain a mixture of somatic trauma resolution, sexuality coaching and home practices, visioning, dialogue, parts work, client-centered therapy.

1 x integration session

Sessions are usually weekly or there is an option to fortnightly.

All sessions must be completed within 6 months.

Investment: $3000 NZD (Payment plans available)
