About Ellie

For many years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside men and women as they navigate sexuality, intimacy and personal growth.

I spent many of those years working within the international tantra world, teaching and supporting men and women through intensive workshops and trainings.

I witnessed extraordinary courage there. I was deeply moved by it — particularly when men spoke honestly about loneliness, shame and feelings of inadequacy around sex and intimacy.

I saw how much men needed places where they could receive genuine guidance and support in these areas. I watched men soften, open and discover parts of themselves they had learned to hide.

But over time, I also began to question some of what I was seeing.

In spaces devoted to sexual liberation, more sexuality could easily become confused with greater freedom. Men could become highly activated without necessarily having the tools to regulate themselves, stay grounded in their bodies, or understand what was actually driving their desire.

I became increasingly interested not in how sexually liberated a man could appear, but in something quieter:

Can he stay with himself?

  • Can he feel desire without immediately needing to act on it?

  • Can he remain present when sexual energy becomes intense?

  • Can he recognise the difference between desire, hunger, habit and genuine connection?

  • Can he meet another person without losing himself in the pursuit of an experience?

Those questions profoundly shaped the work I do today.

This work didn't emerge from a theory or philosophy I decided to teach.

It emerged from years of sitting with men in real time - listening, observing and discovering what genuinely helped them reconnect with themselves.

Today, my approach brings together tantra, somatic coaching, trauma-informed practice and nervous system awareness in a way that is practical, grounded and compassionate.

I don't believe any of us need fixing.

We need to cultivate the right conditions so that we can let go of what’s no longer serving us.

To have enough aliveness, awareness and connection that the limiting patterns naturally fall away.

It remains a privilege to walk alongside men as they discover more of who they are once they do this.

Training & Experience

Over the years I have had the privilege of working with thousands of men through private mentoring, workshops and international trainings.

My work is informed by training in:

  • Somatic Sex Coaching

  • Sexological Bodywork

  • Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

  • Trauma-informed practice

  • Tantra

  • Taoist sexual cultivation

  • Nervous system regulation and embodiment

  • 10 years Group facilitation

But more than any qualification, it is the hours spent sitting with men that have shaped the work I offer today.

“My work is not about suppressing sexuality. Nor is it about endlessly amplifying it.

It’s about helping men develop the capacity to hold, feel and consciously choose what they do with their sexual energy.

For me, that is where sexual freedom begins.”

A Little More About Me

I was born in the UK and spent almost half my life in New Zealand - a country that shaped me deeply and still feels like home to my soul.

These days I'm mainly based back in the UK, close to family and my roots, while continuing to spend part of each year in New Zealand.

Outside of my work, you'll usually find me near water( or since I’ve been back in the UK trying to find a body of water to swim in) Whether I'm swimming in the ocean, plunging into an icy lake or walking along the coastline, it's where I remember who I am.

If you'd like to know more about my own journey and the experiences that have shaped this work, I write more personally on Substack.
