Men’s Sexual Wellness
A different approach to confidence, intimacy and male sexuality
Most men have received very little meaningful education about their sexuality.
We learn about sex largely through culture, pornography, relationships and experience - often with an emphasis on erection, performance, orgasm and ejaculation.
But male sexuality can be about so much more.
My work helps men develop a more conscious and embodied relationship with their sexuality - one that allows for greater confidence, pleasure, presence, intimacy and choice.
Rather than simply learning techniques or trying to “perform better”, we explore what becomes possible when you learn to slow down, feel more, understand your sexual patterns and develop the capacity to stay present with sexual energy rather than always needing to rush towards an outcome.
This isn’t about becoming less sexual.
It’s about discovering how much more your sexuality might contain.
What I can help with
Men come to this work for many different reasons. Sometimes there is a specific sexual difficulty they want to address. Sometimes nothing is particularly “wrong” - they simply sense there is more available in their sexuality, relationships and experience of themselves.
You may be exploring:
Sexual confidence or performance anxiety
Feeling disconnected, numb or overly “in your head” during sex
Premature or rapid ejaculation, or wanting to last longer during sex
Difficulty staying present with arousal without rushing towards orgasm
Pornography or masturbation habits that feel difficult to change
Erection anxiety or pressure around sexual performance
Loss of intimacy or sexual connection within a relationship
Semen retention and learning to work differently with sexual energy
Developing greater body awareness, pleasure and sensitivity
Becoming more confident communicating about sex, desire and boundaries
Exploring conscious sexuality or tantra in a grounded, practical way
Simply wanting a richer, more connected and fulfilling experience of your sexuality
A different approach to male sexuality
Rather than treating sexuality as something you need to perform well, I invite you to become more curious about how you actually experience sex - in your body, your nervous system, your relationships and your inner world.
Much of what men learn about sex seems to be all about how you’re performing - getting hard, staying hard, lasting long enough, satisfying a partner and reaching orgasm, preferably both of you.
The problem is that this can keep you in your head rather than in your body, and when difficulties arise, it can be easy to assume that something needs to be fixed.
My approach begins somewhere different.
We explore your capacity to stay present with arousal, sensation and sexual energy; to notice habitual patterns without judgement; and to develop greater choice in how you respond.
Often, as performance takes a back seat, something else begins to emerge: more connection, more confidence, deeper sensation and a greater sense of being at home in your own sexuality.
How I work
Sexuality doesn't exist separately from the rest of you. It is intimately connected with your body, nervous system, emotions, relationships and the way you have learned to respond to intimacy, pleasure and vulnerability.
My work therefore goes beyond sexual techniques.
Depending on what you are exploring, our work may include conversation and education, nervous-system awareness, embodiment practices, exploring sexual habits and patterns, working with arousal and sexual energy, and developing greater capacity for presence, sensation and connection.
The intention isn't to give you another set of rules about how you should be sexual.
It's to help you understand your own body and sexuality more deeply - so that you have more freedom, confidence and choice within it.
